Welcome to the Faith Formation page. We share a love of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We are broken, but redeemed, and we love our Redeemer! We strive to live out that love in His family, His Body, the One, Holy, Catholic & Apostolic Roman Catholic Church! We are loyal to our leaders in faith: Pope Francis, Bishop Frank Dewane, and their representatives in our parish. We share Christian fellowship in a community of believers. We seek truth from the Holy Scriptures, time-honored traditions of faith, and the teaching of the Magisterium. We strive to live stewardship as a way of life in gratitude for all God has given us, and to serve Christ in the Church and the community. We try to be the Heart and Hands of Christ! JOIN US!

Faith Formation Team
Carson Stecklein, Director of Religious Education
Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Carson Stecklein, and I have recently joined the team here at Epiphany as Director of Religious Education. It is with immense joy and enthusiasm that I am beginning my position, and I look forward to meeting all of you and becoming a member of your community. First, let me tell you a little bit about myself. I grew up near Cedar Rapids Iowa and moved to New Jersey in High School. From there I decided to go to college at Ave Maria University. I graduated from Ave Maria in December 2024 with a Bachelor of Arts in Theology with minors in Philosophy and Classical Languages. My time at Ave Maria was mostly spent going to class, studying, hanging out with friends, and of course spending time in prayer, going to Mass, and receiving the sacraments. I was also an assistant tennis coach for both the Men’s and Women’s tennis teams at Ave Maria. This past summer, I worked as a Totus Tuus Missionary for the Diocese of Venice. It was incredibly fulfilling and humbling to be able to work with children and teach them about our faith. I have a passion for sharing the faith with others and helping those in the Church already to grow in their faith and reach a fuller understanding of the one true God. Some of my favorite Saints are St. Thomas Aquinas, St. Raphael the Archangel, St. Augustine, and St. John Paul II. Thank you so much for welcoming me into your community and again, I look forward to meeting all of you and helping to contribute to the mission of Epiphany Cathedral.
God Bless,
Carson
