Tomorrow Friday Jan 22nd is the last day to sign up for the COVID vaccine.

COVID19 Vaccine at St. John Paul II Catholic Mission

**For people over 65 years of age
**On Saturday, January 30th, 2021 from 10am to 12noon
**There is no cost
**If you are interested, come by the main office to fill out the consent form. Last day to
register is Friday, Jan. 22nd or before depending on availability. Our office hours are
Tuesday thru Friday from 10am to 7pm and Saturday from 9am to 1pm
**We will only have 100 doses available
**If you have medical insurance: please bring in the insurance card with you. We will need
a copy so that the Department of Public Health can bill for the administration fee of the vaccine. There will be no charge to you, this will not affect your deductible, you are not
responsible for the co-pay, you should not receive a bill at all.
**We will need an ID – you will not be asked about your legal status
**2nd dose is currently scheduled for Saturday, February 20th, 2021
